Peter Crain

Peter serves as The Encore Group’s Lead Listing Specialist. Beginning his seventh year in real estate, Peter started in real estate with an investment focused property management company before moving to The Encore Group in March of 2003. Today, he’s known for the highest levels of customer service. A tough negotiator, Peter knows how to maximize the profits for every seller who calls The Encore Group to sell their home. Peter also serves as Managing Broker for Encore Residential Realty

Most of all, you’ll find Peter is a man of conviction and character. He’s a committed husband of 18 years, and a father to four beautiful daughters. Brett Costigan

Brett serves as Director of Operations for Encore Residential Realty & The Encore Group as well as the Executive Director of The Safe Harbor Initiative, an emerging charitable organization helping single parent families & legalized aliens move into home ownership.

His associates jokingly refer to Brett as the place confusion goes to die. Simply put… he brings order to complicated scenarios and brings together all the players necessary to make real estate transactions run smoothly from contract to close. His commitment to excellence and an eye for detail make him the perfect director for a busy real estate firm like Encore Residential Realty.

Brett & Michelle Costigan are Colorado natives. Brett is a graduate of Colorado State University.
